In 1901, the first Wenger multifunctional Swiss Army knife featured a sharp blade, screwdriver, reamer and can opener. It became an essential tool for soldiers whose survival depended equally on food and a working rifle.

To this day, this same knife is the inspiration behind Wenger’s mission to create multifunctional equipment for the outdoor enthusiast.
